Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days (excluding weekends and/or holidays) after completing your order. You will receive an email notification when the order is processed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped including your tracking information. Processing time means the time it takes for our logistics department to put your order together and have it ready to be shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $60 will receive free shipping (only valid in the USA).
We do not offer flat rate shipping on any orders.
Local delivery:
Free local delivery is not available.
In-store pickup:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Rolda Cosmetics HQ - 3408 W 84th St Suite #100 Hialeah, FL 33018. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am - 5pm on Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping must always be paid by the customer due to increased worldwide shipping costs.
At this time, we do not ship to Venezuela, Colombia.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once the order has exited the USA, Rolda Cosmetics - Men's Grooming & Care is unable to update you on the order's tracking or delivery schedule. Rolda Cosmetics - Men's Grooming & Care is not responsible for damaged or lost product(s)/order(s) on international orders.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rolda Cosmetics - Men's Grooming & Care is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
International orders are not refundable or exchangeable (final sale).

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@rolda.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@rolda.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
